We guarantee your satisfaction with all watersuntogether.com merchandise.
You may return any UNOPENED merchandise for free
within 30 days after the shipping date.
All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization number ( RMA ).
Please do not return any merchandise without obtaining a RMA. In order to obtain a RMA
along with return instructions and the correct return address,
please call 1-845-201-00004 or send an email to return@watersuntogether.com
with the original order number, items and quantity of your returning merchandise.
Please note that we pay for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise.
We will issue a call tag to pick up the merchandise. watersuntogether.com will not accept any merchandise into our warehouse without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Once your return is received and processed we will issue a credit within 4 weeks
to the credit card used to make the purchase or original payment method in the amount of the purchase price
(excluding original shipping and handling charges).
We apologize if we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise. If this happens to be the case,
you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the merchandise. You will not be charged any additional shipping
and handling charges for replacement merchandise. We will process replaced merchandise
with the shipment method of the original order.
Clearance/Final Sale items can not be returned, but can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.
Returns that arrive within 30-60 days after the shipping date will be charged a 15% restocking fee on net cost of product.
Your given order that is refused at delivery will be considered as returned order.
Returns that arrive 60 days after the shipping date will receive no credit.
